• Colors, textures, and patterns of natural stone may differ from photographs
• All designs are subject to cemetery approval and local regulations
• Custom orders require design approval before production begins

3. Ordering Process

When placing an order with Remembrance Headstones:

• You will receive a 3D design preview of your memorial for approval
• Production begins only after written design approval is received
• Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges and delays
• Estimated production times are provided at the time of order and may vary
• We will coordinate with your cemetery for installation requirements

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms include:

• A deposit is required to begin the design process
• Full payment is due before production begins
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and financing through Klarna (up to 24 months)
• In-house 0% financing options are available for qualifying customers
• Prices do not include cemetery fees, permits, or foundation costs unless specified

5. Shipping and Installation

Remembrance Headstones handles shipping and installation of memorial products:

• Delivery times vary based on product type and customization
• We coordinate directly with cemeteries for installation scheduling
• Installation is performed by our professional team or certified partners
• You will be notified of the installation date in advance
• Weather and cemetery scheduling may affect installation dates

6. Warranty

Remembrance Headstones provides the following warranties:

• Lifetime stone warranty: Covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the memorial
• Engraving warranty: Covers legibility and quality of inscriptions
• Bronze warranty: Covers finish and structural integrity of bronze components
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or improper maintenance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Remembrance Headstones and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Remembrance Headstones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
